- 1 egg
- 2 lean medallions
- 1 slice low fat cheddar
- 1 kcal spray
- Salt and pepper
- Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with 1 kcal spray.
- Fry the egg and lean bacon medallions.
- Season your egg with salt and pepper.
- Slice your muffin in half and toast it.
- Top one half of the muffin with a slice of cheddar, the fried egg and lean bacon medallions.
- Add your favourite sauce and top with the other muffin half.
