  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 lean medallions
  • 1 slice low fat cheddar
  • 1 kcal spray
  • Salt and pepper


  • Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with 1 kcal spray.
  • Fry the egg and lean bacon medallions.
  • Season your egg with salt and pepper.
  • Slice your muffin in half and toast it.
  • Top one half of the muffin with a slice of cheddar, the fried egg and lean bacon medallions.
  • Add your favourite sauce and top with the other muffin half.
