- 2 Weetabix
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 75 g sliced banana
- 100 g fat free Greek yogurt
- 5 g chia seeds
- 5 g flaked toasted almonds
- 10 g honey
- 200 mls hot almond milk (or any milk)
- Add the weetabix to a bowl.
- Top with fat free Greek yogurt, sliced banana, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, flaked toasted almonds, chia seeds and honey.
- Pour over your hot almond milk and watch it turn purple as the blueberries melt.
