Ingredients

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 100 g frozen blueberries
  • 75 g sliced banana
  • 100 g fat free Greek yogurt
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 5 g flaked toasted almonds
  • 10 g honey
  • 200 mls hot almond milk (or any milk)

Instructions

  • Add the weetabix to a bowl.
  • Top with fat free Greek yogurt, sliced banana, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, flaked toasted almonds, chia seeds and honey.
  • Pour over your hot almond milk and watch it turn purple as the blueberries melt.
