Chocolate Bounty Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 40 g oats
- 10 g flavoured protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work well but any you like)
- 5 g chia seeds
- 15 g desiccated coconut
- 150 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 100 g fat free Greek yogurt
- 10 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Add the protein powder, oats, chia seeds and coconut to a bowl/jar.
- Stir in the yogurt and almond milk and mix well until smooth and there are no lumps.
- Cover and put in the fridge for a few hours/overnight to allow thicken
- Just before serving, melt your dark chocolate in the microwave and pour on top of your overnight oats.
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut for decoration and enjoy.
