Chocolate Bounty Overnight Oats

  • 40 g oats
  • 10 g flavoured protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work well but any you like)
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 15 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 100 g fat free Greek yogurt
  • 10 g dark chocolate


  • Add the protein powder, oats, chia seeds and coconut to a bowl/jar.
  • Stir in the yogurt and almond milk and mix well until smooth and there are no lumps.
  • Cover and put in the fridge for a few hours/overnight to allow thicken
  • Just before serving, melt your dark chocolate in the microwave and pour on top of your overnight oats.
  • Sprinkle with desiccated coconut for decoration and enjoy.
