  • 1 medium banana (approx. 100g)
  • 150 g high protein vanilla flavoured yogurt (e.g. Kvarg, Yopro, Liberte)
  • 4 raspberries
  • 5 g dark chocolate chips
  • 10 g smooth peanut butter


  • Slice the banana in half lengthways and place in a bowl.
  • Top with yogurt, sliced raspberries, chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter.
