- 1 medium banana (approx. 100g)
- 150 g high protein vanilla flavoured yogurt (e.g. Kvarg, Yopro, Liberte)
- 4 raspberries
- 5 g dark chocolate chips
- 10 g smooth peanut butter
- Slice the banana in half lengthways and place in a bowl.
- Top with yogurt, sliced raspberries, chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter.
