Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 50 mls Milk of choice Hazelnut, Coconut, Almond or Skimmed
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Myprotein chocolate brownie used
  • 15 grams Nutella
  • 5 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 kcal cooking spray

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except nutella in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spray a mug with 1 kcal spray and pour the mixture in.
  • Spoon the nutella carefully into the mug and push it down.
  • Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds depending on what texture you like. (The less time it cooks for, the gooier the brownie will be).
  • Stop and start the microwave throughout the process to prevent overflow.
