Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 40 g oats
- 100 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 20 g flavoured protein powder (cookies & cream, vanilla, chocolate - any you like)
- 50 g fat free Greek yoghurt
Cookies & Creme Glaze Topping
- 20 g extra light cream cheese
- 15 g white chocolate (Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme used here)
- 50 g fat free Greek yoghurt
- 1 crumbled oreo cookie (approx. 10g)
Instructions
- Mix the oats and protein powder in a bowl.
- Stir in the milk and fat free Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add to your serving bowl/container and leave in the fridge for a few minutes while you are making the glaze.
- Meanwhile to make the glaze topping, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 15 second intervals.
- When melted, stir in the cream cheese until smooth and heat for a further 15 seconds to soften the cream cheese.
- Stir in the fat free Greek yogurt.
- Remove the oats from the fridge and pour the glaze over spreading evenly on top.
- Cover and pop back in fridge until serving (overnight or a few hours).
- Top with a crumbled oreo biscuit and enjoy.
