”I would def recommend this programme to anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change. I wouldn’t actually call it a diet because I never once felt I was dieting. I was eating more than I had ever had and enjoying what I was eating but I felt much more educated on what I was putting in my body.
I really enjoyed the exercise element to the programme and and felt myself getting stronger as the weeks progressed. I can’t wait to get started on the next challenge and to continue to learn and to feel stronger going forward.

The support they give, the way they care and value each client, all the time they put in to make sure you achieve your best! Always motivated me even when I felt crap or when I worked so hard but didn’t see the results one week! I was always motivated to go onto the next week and it paid off! I don’t know how they do it.
The best thing I have done for myself since the birth of my first daughter 5 years ago! I can finally feel a difference in my clothes! Over the last 8 weeks I’ve learned so much more about myself physically and mentally that I will now put into my everyday life going forward.
As it was my second time doing the programme, I thought I wouldn’t have been as ‘strict’ on myself and thought I’d go off plan a lot more than I should have, but in reality looking back I did stick to my plan and I just reminded myself that this wasn’t necessarily a diet. “I really didn’t think the Future Fitness 56 programme would work for me as I had tried so many other diets and I ate healthily most of the time anyway.
Having insulin resistance (PCOS), I was always told it would be extra hard for me to lose weight but it had gotten to a stage where I had to try something.
Signing up for the programme I was a bit sceptical, but fairly early on I realised that this time was different! I had tons of energy, was being far more productive with my research, was looking forward to working out and my clothes were fitting so much better.
Eve was so helpful and encouraging, especially on weeks when the scales weren’t moving and it seemed like I was doing it all for nothing. Without her encouragement I definitely would have given up.

”I have struggled with my weight most of my life. I’ve been on and off the weight loss wagon so many times, I may as well have frequent flyer miles!
