‘‘I just want to say thank you so much to all the team on the Future fitness 56 programme but especially to my coach Katie. When starting this, I didn’t think I would be able to do 8 weeks of it and get the results that I wanted.

I didn’t feel like I was on a diet at all as I was able to enjoy my treat every day and I even went out most weekends and still lost weight. I enjoyed eating my different meals every day and loved cooking on a Sunday for the week ahead. The results I got – I never thought I’d get them in my life time.

Having Katie as my coach has helped me massively throughout the programme. Anytime I had a question, I’d email her and she would reply with so much detail!! So I want to say a huge thanks to her especially. Katie always gave me great tips for staying on track whenever I had something coming up.
