“I really didn’t think the Future Fitness 56 programme would work for me as I had tried so many other diets and I ate healthily most of the time anyway. ⁣ ⁣

Having insulin resistance (PCOS), I was always told it would be extra hard for me to lose weight but it had gotten to a stage where I had to try something. ⁣ ⁣

Signing up for the programme I was a bit sceptical, but fairly early on I realised that this time was different! ⁣ ⁣ I had tons of energy, was being far more productive with my research, was looking forward to working out and my clothes were fitting so much better. ⁣ ⁣

It was also great getting advice on high protein veggie meals!! I learned so much about nutrition and even though I was eating healthy before I wasn’t eating the right combinations or amounts. ⁣ ⁣
