”I would highly recommend the Future Fitness 56! It is an amazing programme! Before I started, I had friends who had done the programme and every one of them had amazing transformations and only great things to say about it. I pushed myself and joined the programme after writing the email 3 times. Finally got the courage to do it and never looked back!
I had my son nearly 2 years ago and found I had fallen into a bad routine of skipping meals and just snacking on sweet things, take aways and coffee. Sugar was my downfall and I became very bloated and had digestive problems. I found everything went to my stomach and became very self conscious and anxious. I was very negative about myself.
I couldn’t believe when I joined the programme the foods I could still eat. I hated vegetables and now I’m eating them with no problems. I wasn’t restricted to anything which is what I found the most beneficial knowing you can have those little sweet treats during the programme while still losing weight and seeing results.
Matt really helped me and was there to answer any questions. He always made me see the positive and helped me over come my fears and encouraged me to push myself out of my comfort zone. Matt tailored a food plan and taught me how to food prep/weigh foods. His knowledge is second to none. He created a work out plan and it has gotten me to where I am today.
