This year’s photoshoot preparation was a lot more difficult and challenging in comparison to last year’s. The temptation to over eat and stray off track was constant but he never gave up with me.
 
I received constant encouragement and alterations to my programme to help to keep me on track. I completed last year’s photoshoot prep and as a result Matt used that to my advantage this year as he understood and knew how best my body worked and processed different macros.

Matt’s thoughts;

”Ed and I have been working together for quite a while now and completed two successful photoshoot preps.

We’ve had lots of ups and downs and there’s been many struggles but she has always been able to get back on track. That’s the thing with fitness that most people forget, it’s not always going to be rosy.

There will be times of low motivation.
Periods of weight gain.
Life happens.
Situations change.

It’s not about trying to be 100% on it all the time or staying shredded all year around.

It’s about using fitness to compliment your life.

This year’s prep was tough for Ed;

But she was able to keep being consistent, stuck with it and was able to get amazing results.”
