Matt’s thoughts;

”Louise completed two of our Future Fitness 56 programmes and was able to achieve fantastic results on both of them. She lost 13.5lbs on the first one and 8lbs on the second one.

Since starting the programmes, her knowledge on calories/macros has really improved. She is a lot more comfortable now with making choices in her diet which allows her to have more flexibility for nights out etc (even being able to keep on track to her goals on a sun holiday during the second programme).

For the first one she did home workouts and for the second one, she joined a gym. She is really seeing the benefits of weight training and getting into a good routine with exercise. It is now a part of her day to day life!

She had found a really healthy balance and made so many positive changes in her lifestyle.
