RESULTS “CONSISTENCY BEATS PERFECTION” Client Sandra’s 12 week #transformation!! I’m very proud of Sandra’s results in such a short period of time. Sandra was injured before we started together and was unable to train her lower body properly for the whole 12 weeks. We had to adjust her program weekly depending on what she could do and her limitations. Injuries like Sandra’s can be very frustrating and demotivating as your unable to get a consistent routine going week to week and I’m very proud of Sandra for sticking with it and doing the best she could with her situation. “CONSISTENCY BEATS PERFECTION” This really sums up this transformation. Changing someone’s mindset from the extreme healthy eating and binging to a more moderate and balanced approach can be hard and take time but I fully believe Sandra has now got a good balance that suits her life. – There was nights out – Alcohol was consumed – Meals out were had – There were bad days of eating – 2 weeks with 0 gym sessions – Weeks with only 1-2 days of exercise. But… – We got back on track everytime. – Bad weeks are now bad days. – Bad days are nothing like they were 12 weeks ago. – Accountability is there. – Knowledge of food intake and nutrition has improved to where i’m confident that Sandra can continue to make progress in the future. As we both said imagine what the results would have been like if she was able to follow a full 12 week training program without any injuries!!!!
