Ingredients

  • 200g fat free Greek yogurt
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • 2 merigue nests

Instructions

  • Crush the meringue nests and slice the strawberries.
  • Add half of the fat free Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  • Layer half of the strawberries and meringue pieces on top.
  • Add the rest of the yogurt on top.
  • Layer the rest of the strawberries and meringue pieces on top and serve immediately.
