‘’ I had been following Matt’s social media for a while but just didn’t think I had the time to do his program. January i took the plunge and couldn’t be happier that i did. As i had very little time to workout, he focused on my diet. I had no idea about nutrition and just never cooked at all. He gave me a meal plan that suited me but was varied enough i didn’t get bored of it. I slipped up multiple times, sometimes in the same week but Matt kept encouraging me and sending me tips and recipes. By being accountable every week i realized how much i was snacking during the day and alcohol i was drinking.
