Ingredients

  • 50 g goat's cheese
  • 50 g leaves of choice (lettuce, spinach, rocket, mixed greens)
  • 10 g chopped walnuts
  • 6 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 5 g honey
  • 10 g balsamic glaze or vinegar
  • 100 g diced apple
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Add your leaves to a bowl.
  • Top with the sliced cherry tomatoes, walnuts and diced apple.
  • Add your goat's cheese on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the honey and balsamic glaze on top and serve.
