Ingredients
- 50 g goat's cheese
- 50 g leaves of choice (lettuce, spinach, rocket, mixed greens)
- 10 g chopped walnuts
- 6 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 5 g honey
- 10 g balsamic glaze or vinegar
- 100 g diced apple
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Add your leaves to a bowl.
- Top with the sliced cherry tomatoes, walnuts and diced apple.
- Add your goat's cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the honey and balsamic glaze on top and serve.
