- 2 Linda McCartney Vegetarian sausages
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 Whole Egg
- Splash milk
- 2 Ballyfree Turkey rashers
- 50 grams mushrooms
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Slimster sandwich thins
- Grill the sausages, rashers and mushrooms. (I used the George Foreman)
- Crack 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg into a bowl, whisk it up and add a drop of milk and any seasoning of choice
- Using 1 kcal cooking spray, cook the scrambled eggs on the pan and put in the cherry tomatoes to lightly fry them also.
- Toast the slimster.
- Add seasoning & sauces of choice.
