Ingredients

  • 2 Linda McCartney Vegetarian sausages
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Splash milk
  • 2 Ballyfree Turkey rashers
  • 50 grams mushrooms
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Slimster sandwich thins

Instructions

  • Grill the sausages, rashers and mushrooms. (I used the George Foreman)
  • Crack 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg into a bowl, whisk it up and add a drop of milk and any seasoning of choice
  • Using 1 kcal cooking spray, cook the scrambled eggs on the pan and put in the cherry tomatoes to lightly fry them also.
  • Toast the slimster.
  • Add seasoning & sauces of choice.
