Ingredients
Toast
- 1 scoop Whey Protein
- Splash Skimmed Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Sweetener
- 2 slices Brennans Be good (60 kcal per slice)
- 1 kcal cooking spray
Toppings
- 100 grams Fat Free Greek yogurt
- 50 grams Berries of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk up the protein powder, milk, egg and sweetener.
- Soak the bread in the mixture for a few minutes.
- Heat up a frying pan and spray with 1 kcal cooking spray.
- Fry the bread on both sides until crispy.
- Serve hot with the yogurt and berries and sprinkle over some cinnamon. Optional: Add calorie free syrup.
