
Ingredients
- 600 g diced chicken breasts
- 30 g cornflour
- 3 cloves grated garlic
- 50 g honey
- 30 g light soy sauce
- 20 g vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- 1kcal spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the soy sauce, honey and vinegar.
- Mix well and leave aside.
- Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to a plastic bag with the cornflour, close the bag and shake well to coat the chicken evenly (this will help to crisp up the chicken).
- Heat a pan on a medium heat and spray well with 1 kcal spray.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until starting to crisp, turn over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Add the grated garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat and pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Stir in the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
