Honey Garlic Chicken

  • 600 g diced chicken breasts
  • 30 g cornflour
  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 50 g honey
  • 30 g light soy sauce
  • 20 g vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1kcal spray


  • In a bowl, add the soy sauce, honey and vinegar.
  • Mix well and leave aside.
  • Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken to a plastic bag with the cornflour, close the bag and shake well to coat the chicken evenly (this will help to crisp up the chicken).
  • Heat a pan on a medium heat and spray well with 1 kcal spray.
  • Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until starting to crisp, turn over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  • Add the grated garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and pour the sauce over the chicken.
  • Stir in the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
