Ingredients

  • 15 g flavoured whey protein powder (vanilla or any flavour you like)
  • 150 g Fat Free Greek yogurt
  • 15 g puffed rice cereal (or any cereal if you can't find it e.g. rice crispies)
  • 10 g chocolate

Instructions

  • Add the fat free Greek yogurt to a bowl and stir in the whey protein powder until smooth.
  • Stir in the puffed rice cereal until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish.
  • Melt your chocolate and drizzle on top.
  • Pop in the fridge until serving.
