- 15 g flavoured whey protein powder (vanilla or any flavour you like)
- 150 g Fat Free Greek yogurt
- 15 g puffed rice cereal (or any cereal if you can't find it e.g. rice crispies)
- 10 g chocolate
- Add the fat free Greek yogurt to a bowl and stir in the whey protein powder until smooth.
- Stir in the puffed rice cereal until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish.
- Melt your chocolate and drizzle on top.
- Pop in the fridge until serving.
