On the first day I thought to myself that this is going to be a long long road but after that first week, things started to change. I managed to get myself into the gym after school runs. In the past, I’d have gone back to bed after the school run! Anxiety had totally taken over my life since I was 18. I should have controlled it, not have it control me.
With your guidance and weekly challenges I overcame a lot of things. I don’t comfort eat to feel good any more. I love Chinese food and just had to have it in the past but it always made me feel bloated and tired afterwards, it just wasn’t worth it!! Now my comfort food is fruit salad and my new habit is exercising.
Everyone who has done this programme does it for his or her own reason whether it is to get fit, get healthy, lose or gain weight! Mine was to work on my mindfulness. And it’s worked.
I can’t thank each and everyone of you enough for giving me the tools to get my life back. You’ve truly helped me more then you know. xxx
