I had started getting back into fitness a few years ago and had made a bit of progress. But I got to a point where I wasn’t sure where to go, what to do or what to focus on going forward.
I knew I wanted to get in better shape and get stronger in the gym but I had no plan in place to actually do it.
I reached out to Matt and the team and I haven’t looked back since!
I’m currently in the best shape I’ve ever been in my whole life and about to do my first photoshoot. (Which is something I never believed I could or would ever be able to do)
What I like about MCFuturefitness is that it’s not just about losing weight or your body shape, it’s more to do with your overall health. Your sleep, stress, mindfulness, habits… You name it they cover it.
There’s also a really good community of people who have similar goals, struggles and you get to share experiences which I’ve found really helpful.
