After continually delivering results since our setup in 2015, we have decided to take all our experience from working closely with our clients and put it into creating your own tailored program.

These plan’s are designed for people who are comfortable with a higher level of independence who can follow a plan. It gives you a science based, structured, training and nutrition plan built around your goals.

If you don’t think you can follow a plan you may be better off using our one to one coaching for the increased accountability and to get full guidance through the process.

Suited to your needs


Your training program will be based off your level of experience in the gym (beginner, intermediate or advanced) combined with your goals (strength, sports performance, hypertrophy or general weight training) to provide you with a program suited to your needs. It will be split up into 4 week training blocks to ensure you keep progressing throughout the plan.


The meal plan is designed for you based on information given in your questionnaire. These include gender, height, weight, pictures, activity level and your goals. From this we will come up with a plan to suit your needs. You will get a different plan for training days and depending on the time of your training session that day.The meal plans are structured in a way to teach you about nutrition as you go and gives you different options for each meal so that you can eat foods you enjoy while staying on track and getting results.

THIS IS NOT A FAD DIET OR QUICK FIX. We do not do these at MCFuturefitness. Results come from consistency, hard work, patience and trusting the process.

Matt Cooney

I’ve spent years studying everything I can on training and nutrition to try and achieve a better body. Just achieving results is not enough for us; we want you to understand THE WHY behind the results. We aim to empower you to understand the process so that you can continue to get results for the rest of your life.

Unfortunately for me, the first 5 years was spent reading the wrong information.


That’s why I’ve devoted my life to providing valuable information on training, nutrition and lifestyle that you can take and apply.

This industry is full of incorrect information and people just trying to make a quick buck.

This makes it difficult for people to know who they can trust and what they should listen to.

Here is the truth.
