  • 200 g fat free Greek yogurt
  • 10 g hot chocolate powder (e.g. Cadbury's, Galaxy, Options)
  • 2 crumbled Oreos (approx. 20g)
  • Flavdrops or sweetener to taste (optional)


  • Add the fat free Greek yogurt, most of the Oreos and hot chocolate powder to a bowl, and mix well.
  • Taste and sweeten as required with sweetener/flavdrops.
  • Sprinkle on the remainder Oreos and serve immediately.
