”Another year another photoshoot. This is the second year running I have participated in a group charity photoshoot with Matt and I didn’t think it could get much better than the year previous but wow. He outdid himself again. The man just ups his game everyday.

Starting off with Matt on the journey to he photoshoot was fantastic. Coming from a PT background myself it’s amazing to be able to gain so much knowledge and insight from working with Matt. He literally factors in everything. There is nothing we can’t track and improve. We had a lot to factor in as I am like most in Ireland – play hurling and work hard, so time was limited for factoring in more gym time on a busy schedule.

So i thought it was going to be really difficult to be the best athlete on the GAA pitch, while getting ready for a photoshoot. Matt made it so easy and I accomplished all my goals I set out, and all within 12 weeks.

The fantastic thing about working with Matt was that I learned so much in such a short time and I did to be fair probably wreck his head at times with questions but he was always on the other side of the phone responding and helping me through it while teaching me.

The level of professionalism throughout and after the photoshoot is fantastic. He isn’t about short term fixes. He will transform your life and the lessons and knowledge gained are now implemented into my everyday life.

I could not recommend Matt more, if you are ready to make a change in your life, no matter how impossible you think your goals are – phone Matt. He is the Future.

I cannot thank you enough Matt. Thank you for the life lessons and getting me jacked ???? #MattModels.”

Matt’s thoughts;

”This was Pearse’s second photoshoot prep with me and like many of the rest of the group, things were a lot this time around.

A new & more sedentary job.
Less time available.
Hurling at the same time so performance was a priority.

This meant we had to be diligent with our planning and structuring of his training/nutrition and it would change weekly depending on his schedule, how he was recovering and how he was managing stress.

More is not always better & knowing when to pull back or put the foot down is dependent on understanding the client in front of you. Having a consistent line of communication was so important so that we could make any adjustments as needed.

Always a pleasure to coach and work with!”

“I’m gone the whole road.”
