“Took long enough to really get into the programme with all the injury setbacks, starting twice and having to stop with torn ligaments and broken collar bone, but eventually got into it. It was tough starting off trying to get all those calories in and tougher training than I was used to for first few weeks but now its just a habit I suppose.
