Pico De Gallo (Salsa)

Ingredients

  • 6 diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g tomato puree
  • 1/2 chopped chili
  • 1 handful chopped corriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix the diced tomatoes, grated garlic cloves, tomato puree, chili, chili powder, paprika, chopped corriander and cayenne pepper.
  • Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite Mexican meal or store in fridge.
