
Ingredients
- 6 diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g tomato puree
- 1/2 chopped chili
- 1 handful chopped corriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the diced tomatoes, grated garlic cloves, tomato puree, chili, chili powder, paprika, chopped corriander and cayenne pepper.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with your favorite Mexican meal or store in fridge.
