Body Measurements

  • Measurement conditions should be the same each time to ensure accuracy. (Time, place, person taking the measurements)

  • Measurements to be measured in cm’s to ensure a greater accuracy.

  • To self measure you can purchase a myotape/orbitape as it makes it a lot easier as it autotightens with a button to help accuracy.

  • Each bodypart should be measured 3 times and an average taken from it. I insist you measure to a 0.1cm accuracy.

    Why I like measurements to be taken regularly?

    Can help show you when fat has been lost but muscle gained.

    Help reveal progress that might be hidden from you when the scale weight doesn’t change and the person in the mirror is looking the same.
