  • 3 scoops protein powder (vanilla or salted caramel work well)
  • 15g white flour
  • 20g honey
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 20g chocolate chips
  • 50ml almond milk (or any type of milk)


  • Combine all of the ingredients up in a bowl with a fork and serve at room temperature.
  • Great topping for oats, toast, yogurt, ice-cream, anything!!!
