Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

  • 40 g oats
  • 200 mls unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 150 g strawberry fat free Greek yogurt (I used a Light & Free Skyr pot)⁣
  • 50 g lightest/extra light cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 strawberry


  • Combine the oats with the yogurt and cream cheese in a bowl.⁣
  • Stir in the milk and vanilla essence until a smooth consistency is reached.⁣
  • Add more liquid if necessary depending on consistency preference - be aware that it will thicken a bit more overnight.⁣
  • Cover or pour into an airtight container and leave for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.⁣
  • Serve topped with a crumbled Biscoff biscuit and ⁣a sliced strawberry.⁣
