Ingredients
- 40 g oats
- 200 mls unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 150 g strawberry fat free Greek yogurt (I used a Light & Free Skyr pot)
- 50 g lightest/extra light cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 strawberry
Instructions
- Combine the oats with the yogurt and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla essence until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Add more liquid if necessary depending on consistency preference - be aware that it will thicken a bit more overnight.
- Cover or pour into an airtight container and leave for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.
- Serve topped with a crumbled Biscoff biscuit and a sliced strawberry.
