Watermelon, Feta & Basil Salad

Ingredients

  • 90g watermelon
  • 30g light feta cheese
  • 1/2 juice of a lime
  • 1 handful chopped basil
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Cut the feta and watermelon into cubes.
  • Add to a bowl.
  • Squeeze in the juice of a lime
  • Season with salt & pepper, mix well and serve.
