Cookies & Creme Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • 40 g oats
  • 100 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 20 g flavoured protein powder (cookies & cream, vanilla, chocolate - any you like)
  • 50 g fat free Greek yoghurt

Cookies & Creme Glaze Topping

  • 20 g extra light cream cheese
  • 15 g white chocolate (Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme used here)
  • 50 g fat free Greek yoghurt
  • 1 crumbled oreo cookie (approx. 10g)

Instructions

  • Mix the oats and protein powder in a bowl.
  • Stir in the milk and fat free Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Add to your serving bowl/container and leave in the fridge for a few minutes while you are making the glaze.
  • Meanwhile to make the glaze topping, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 15 second intervals.
  • When melted, stir in the cream cheese until smooth and heat for a further 15 seconds to soften the cream cheese.
  • Stir in the fat free Greek yogurt.
  • Remove the oats from the fridge and pour the glaze over spreading evenly on top.
  • Cover and pop back in fridge until serving (overnight or a few hours).
  • Top with a crumbled oreo biscuit and enjoy.
