- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 2 lean medallions
- 1 slice low fat cheddar
- 1 kcal spray
- Salt and pepper
Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with 1 kcal spray.
Fry the egg and lean bacon medallions.
Season your egg with salt and pepper.
Slice your muffin in half and toast it.
Top one half of the muffin with a slice of cheddar, the fried egg and lean bacon medallions.
Add your favourite sauce and top with the other muffin half.
