High Protein French Toast

Ingredients

Toast

  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
  • Splash Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Sweetener
  • 2 slices Brennans Be good (60 kcal per slice)
  • 1 kcal cooking spray

Toppings

  • 100 grams Fat Free Greek yogurt
  • 50 grams Berries of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk up the protein powder, milk, egg and sweetener.
  • Soak the bread in the mixture for a few minutes.
  • Heat up a frying pan and spray with 1 kcal cooking spray.
  • Fry the bread on both sides until crispy.
  • Serve hot with the yogurt and berries and sprinkle over some cinnamon. Optional: Add calorie free syrup.
