Ingredients

Ham, Pineapple & Mushroom Pizza

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 60g passata sauce (or the tomato & basil sauce recipe from my website)
  • 80g cooked chopped ham
  • 50g pineapple chunks
  • 4 chopped mushrooms
  • 25g low fat grated cheese

Breakfast Style Pizza

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 60g passata sauce (or the tomato & basil sauce recipe from my website)
  • handful spinach
  • 4 chopped grilled lean bacon medallions (or any lean bacon rashers)
  • 4 halved cherry tomatoes
  • 25g low fat grated cheese
  • 1 egg

Hot & Spicy Chicken Pizza

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 60g passata sauce (or the tomato & basil sauce recipe from my website)
  • 100g chopped chicken breast
  • 15g sriracha sauce (or any hot sauce)
  • 1/4 chopped pepper
  • 1/8 chopped red onion
  • 25g low fat grated cheese

Instructions

  • For the ham, pineapple & mushroom pizza:
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    Place a tortilla wrap on a baking tray.
    Top with passata.
    Add ham, pineapple, mushroom and cheese.
    Bake for 8-10 minutes until nice and crispy.
  • For the breakfast style pizza:
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    Place a tortilla wrap on a baking tray.
    Top with passata.
    Add spinach, bacon, cherry tomatoes and cheese.
    Crack an egg carefully in the centre.
    Bake for 8-10 minutes until nice and crispy.
  • For the hot & spicy chicken pizza:
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    Place a tortilla wrap on a baking tray.
    In a bowl mix the chicken breast with the sriracha sauce.
    Top tortilla wrap with passata.
    Add chicken, pepper, red onion and cheese.
    Bake for 8-10 minutes until nice and crispy.
