Heat a wok on a medium heat and spray with 1kcal spray.
Add the finely chopped onion and grated garlic.
Cook for two minutes to soften.
Add the chicken, peppers, cajun seasoning and oregano.
Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is white throughout.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Add in the tomato puree, mix well and leave aside.
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat and spray well with 1 kcal spray.
Add a tortilla wrap and cook for about 1 minute.
Flip the wrap over and add in a quarter of the chicken mix.
Top with 15g of cheese and fold the wrap over.
Cook for about 2 minutes. Flip over and give it another 2 minutes.
Slice it into 3 pieces.
Repeat with the remaining 3 wraps.
