Heat a large pan medium heat and spray well with 1 kcal spray.
Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked and starting to brown.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the raw pasta, chicken stock, milk and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, stir and cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked.
Uncover the pot and stir in the broccoli.
Cook for another few minutes until the liquid evaporates and the broccoli has softened.
Stir in the cheese until melted.
Season and taste before serving.
