Heat a pan on a medium heat.
In another saucepan, cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions (about 1-2 minutes less)
Spray the pan with 1kcal spray and add the chopped garlic.
Add the red chili flakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes stirring from time to time.
Add the prawns and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the white wine and bring the sauce to a simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the chipotle sauce. You can swap for any hot sauce you like or leave it out completely.
Add the parsley and squeeze in the lemon juice.
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan.
Stir well and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, and add in the cherry tomatoes.
Stir again and serve immediately.
