In a bowl/serving dish, crush up your Weetabix.
Pour in the almond milk and mix it all together until well combined.
Flatten the Weetabix in the bowl to create your base.
In a another bowl, mix the fat free Greek yogurt, cocoa powder and protein powder until smooth.
Pour this mixture on top of your Weetabix base and spread out evenly.
Cover and refrigerate until serving (tastes best if you leave it overnight but you can also eat it straight away).
Just before serving, crumble the cookie on top.
