Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add the oats, puffed rice, nuts and pour over the honey and melted butter.
Sprinkle the salt and cinnamon on top.
Combine everything well with a spatula until every oat, puffed rice and nut is lightly coated and the spread the mixture into an even layer.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes stirring half way through until golden brown in colour.
Let the granola cool fully and then store it in clumps in an airtight container.
You could also make different flavours e.g. adding cocoa powder, vanilla essence or adding dried fruit or chocolate chips after it is has been baked and cooled.
This is the perfect topping for a high protein yogurt/smoothie bowl or with some fruit and a protein shake poured over!
