Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the protein pudding to the flour mixture and mix well to remove any lumps.
Add the egg and and mix again to form a smooth batter.
Heat a pan on medium and spray well with 1 kcal spray.
Add a heaped tablespoon of the batter to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until starting to bubble.
Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.
Repeat with the rest of the batter (approx. 4 pancakes).
Serve with your favourite toppings.
