Protein Pudding Pancakes

  • 100 g of protein pudding whatever flavour you like
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g of plain flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder


  • Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add the protein pudding to the flour mixture and mix well to remove any lumps.
  • Add the egg and and mix again to form a smooth batter.
  • Heat a pan on medium and spray well with 1 kcal spray.
  • Add a heaped tablespoon of the batter to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until starting to bubble.
  • Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter (approx. 4 pancakes).
  • Serve with your favourite toppings.
