Ingredients
- 100 g of protein pudding whatever flavour you like
- 1 egg
- 40 g of plain flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions
- Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add the protein pudding to the flour mixture and mix well to remove any lumps.
- Add the egg and and mix again to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a pan on medium and spray well with 1 kcal spray.
- Add a heaped tablespoon of the batter to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until starting to bubble.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter (approx. 4 pancakes).
- Serve with your favourite toppings.
