Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

- 1 Egg White
- 50 mls Milk of choice Hazelnut, Coconut, Almond or Skimmed
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Myprotein chocolate brownie used
- 15 grams Nutella
- 5 grams Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 kcal cooking spray
Mix all ingredients except nutella in a bowl until smooth.
Spray a mug with 1 kcal spray and pour the mixture in.
Spoon the nutella carefully into the mug and push it down.
Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds depending on what texture you like. (The less time it cooks for, the gooier the brownie will be).
Stop and start the microwave throughout the process to prevent overflow.
