- 1 Egg White
- 50 mls Milk of choice Hazelnut, Coconut, Almond or Skimmed
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Myprotein chocolate brownie used
- 15 grams Nutella
- 5 grams Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 kcal cooking spray
- Mix all ingredients except nutella in a bowl until smooth.
- Spray a mug with 1 kcal spray and pour the mixture in.
- Spoon the nutella carefully into the mug and push it down.
- Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds depending on what texture you like. (The less time it cooks for, the gooier the brownie will be).
- Stop and start the microwave throughout the process to prevent overflow.
