Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Add the cherry tomatoes to a baking dish.
Place the block of light feta in the centre of the baking dish.
Sprinkle the tomatoes with the garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spray well with 1kcal spray.
Bake for 25 minutes (switch to the grill for the last 5 minutes to char the tomatoes slightly).
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven and add the chopped basil.
Mash the cherry tomatoes and cheese together with a fork and stir in the cooked spaghetti.
Divide between 4 portions and season with some more black pepper and chopped basil.
