
Ingredients
- 600 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g light feta cheese
- 200 g spaghetti/pasta
- 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 handful freshly chopped basil
- Salt & pepper
- 1 kcal spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to a baking dish.
- Place the block of light feta in the centre of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes with the garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spray well with 1kcal spray.
- Bake for 25 minutes (switch to the grill for the last 5 minutes to char the tomatoes slightly).
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions.
- Remove the tomatoes from the oven and add the chopped basil.
- Mash the cherry tomatoes and cheese together with a fork and stir in the cooked spaghetti.
- Divide between 4 portions and season with some more black pepper and chopped basil.
