Baked Feta Spaghetti

  • 600 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g light feta cheese
  • 200 g spaghetti/pasta
  • 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 handful freshly chopped basil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 kcal spray


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes to a baking dish.
  • Place the block of light feta in the centre of the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the tomatoes with the garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spray well with 1kcal spray.
  • Bake for 25 minutes (switch to the grill for the last 5 minutes to char the tomatoes slightly).
  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions.
  • Remove the tomatoes from the oven and add the chopped basil.
  • Mash the cherry tomatoes and cheese together with a fork and stir in the cooked spaghetti.
  • Divide between 4 portions and season with some more black pepper and chopped basil.
