- 50 g goat's cheese
- 50 g leaves of choice (lettuce, spinach, rocket, mixed greens)
- 10 g chopped walnuts
- 6 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 5 g honey
- 10 g balsamic glaze or vinegar
- 100 g diced apple
- Salt & pepper
Add your leaves to a bowl.
Top with the sliced cherry tomatoes, walnuts and diced apple.
Add your goat's cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the honey and balsamic glaze on top and serve.
