Add all the ingredients to a container and mix well.
Cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Mix well again to remove any lumps.
Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight if possible, so the seeds will absorb all the liquid and form a pudding like consistency.
The next day, stir once more to combine everything and portion into your bowls.
Add whatever toppings you like – fruit, nuts, seeds, granola or a protein source such as Greek yogurt etc.
