Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add the oats and half of the protein powder, and mix well.
Add the milk and stir until smooth. You might need more liquid depending on desired consistency but it will thicken a bit when you leave the oats to soak overnight or until serving.
In another bowl, add the yogurt (keep one tablespoon aside for the caramilk ganache) and mix in the rest of the protein powder until smooth.
Pour the yogurt mixture on top of the oats and spread it out evenly to cover the oats.
Melt the caramilk chocolate and stir in a tablespoon of almond milk and the leftover tablespoon of yogurt to make a caramilk ganache.
Pour on top of the yogurt to coat the top and add your favourite toppings.
Cover and leave in the fridge overnight or until serving.
