- 6 diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g tomato puree
- 1/2 chopped chili
- 1 handful chopped corriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- salt
- pepper
In a bowl mix the diced tomatoes, grated garlic cloves, tomato puree, chili, chili powder, paprika, chopped corriander and cayenne pepper.
Add in salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately with your favorite Mexican meal or store in fridge.
